According to documents from the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration, the vehicles are 2021 and 2022 models. The seat belt retractors could make it difficult for consumers to securely install a child’s car seat, according to Consumer Reports.

An automatic locking retractor, which secures a seat belt, is the component in question, the magazine reported.
